The shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. In case of any shipping delays, we will inform you via the e-mail provided at checkout. As we strive to provide you with best services, deliveries can occur on weekends and holidays. However, this is based on the region you purchase from.

We expect longer waiting periods for our jewelry and dog supply due to a delay in shipping coming from our manufacturing site.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Apartment #
We ask you to be as precise as possible when providing your address information to us. To make sure our product reaches your doorstep as fast as possible, please add your P.O. box or aparment number, if applicable, to your address. With that, we can ensure our fastest delivery times and do not risk the product coming back to us.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and is on its way to you. We will send you an email with your shipment confirmation along with your tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We do not take responsibility for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We, as Wolftastic, take pride in offering our products and services to you all over the world. We ship gloabally, however, there are some some countries we cannot deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions. For now, we are not available in and do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
